Questions and answers
Is the first month really free?
Yes. Your shop is set up and works with real orders for a whole month, and you pay Shoply nothing for it.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. If you leave during the free month, you pay nothing. If you cancel later, you pay only until the end of the next month.
How much does it cost after the free month?
From ֏20,000 a month, invoiced once a month. You pay bank fees and delivery costs directly to the banks and delivery companies, under your own contracts with them.
Do I need a developer or hosting?
No. We set up the shop, the domain, payments and delivery. You change products, prices, design and texts yourself from the dashboard or the Telegram bot.
Will my shop be found on Google?
Yes. Every shop has its own title, description, keywords and sitemap in three languages, fast pages and structured data that Google and Yandex read.
I sell on Instagram. Is Shoply for me?
