Terms of service

These terms govern the use of shoply.am. By using the site you accept them.

What Shoply does

Shoply provides online shops as a service: the site, its dashboard, and the tools to run it. Shoply does not sell goods. The terms of a shop's service — what it includes, its price and how it is paid — are agreed with each shop separately.

Cancelling the service

A shop can cancel Shoply's service at any time. If it cancels during the free first month, it pays nothing; after that, it pays until the end of the month following the one in which it cancels (cancelling on 15 or 30 October, it pays until 30 November). The details are in the agreement between Shoply and the shop.

Shops' sites

Each shop on Shoply is the seller on its own site: the sales contract for an order there is between the customer and that shop, which takes the payment, delivers the order and handles returns under its own terms.

Your account

Keep your password and sign-in codes to yourself and give correct details. You are responsible for what happens through your account.

Your rights

Nothing here limits your rights under Armenian law.
